Hello September!

September has been such a tiring month for me. Things in my office got pretty hectic and so did my shop,Helloilmare which surprisingly have plenty of orders. *Alhamdulilah :D but the side effect, am kinda neglected the preparation of my own engagement party on Oct 22nd :( 


I havent sleep well for 2 weeks. I stayed awake till 1am and woke up at 6am almost everyday. Full weeks of meeting with my craftmans, designer and my sister for keeping me update with the wedding & engagement progress.I even have a full meeting on weekend! What a workaholic bitch,arent i?


Still, I have good news and bad news, which one you'd like to hear first? Okay, lets start with the bad one first : 


I got the biggest complaint ever,from one of my customer last week regarding the quality of my furniture. You have no idea how embarrased I was. That particular customer was the type of a perfectionist and detailed-oriented person. I know i'm wrong and I dont have any justification to defend my self. The incident was happening because when I was doing the quality control visit, I found the defect. I knew it wasnt like my furniture standard but I was kinda tolerate with it which it turns out to be the biggest mistake I've ever made. 2nd, Helloilmare was overload and I lost focus - with 3 orders,1 daily job and my engagement preparation - moreover, my sister was in hospital for almost a week. I handled everything by my self. At that time, I should've find a substitute of my sisters to delegate the task. but I didnt do it. *sighs


Above all that, the incident has made me learn about business and quality control expecially. I got my lessons :) not a bad news after all,ha? :P


While the good news is still about Helloilmare, we are currently have a pilot project for kitchen set and wardrobe. yeay! eventhough some of it are in bid for expat house in Kemang area. The expat's working as a designer in property management,and now handling the biggest hotel in Bali. The current project will be the biggest project we've ever made, if we won the bid. but I have nothing to lose. it's still good for the portfolio :) the other 2 project are also challenging!! study room,bedroom with stairs and playful children bedroom. Likey! :D :D


..2nd good news? its 3 weeks to go to my engagement party! i'm counting days,ladies! :)
